Las Paelleras is a Manchester based street food & event catering company, specialising in authentic Spanish paellas cooked and served from ‘les paelleras gigantes’ (giant paella pans).
We use fresh, free range & sustainable produce sourced from local suppliers. Almost all of our ingredients are supplied by independent traders in the Manchester and Cheshire area; with onions, garlic, sweet peppers, courgettes and beans coming directly from local growers. Our Rice and Chorizo are sourced from Valencia, Spain, the home of paella.
We use biodegradable food packaging supplied by London Bio Packaging, made from renewable plant resources, with a low carbon footprint, that can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way; through composting or recycling.
